On the evening of June 11 Beijing Time, Boss Zhipin, China’s largest online recruitment platform, was officially listed on the NASDAQ under the ticket symbol “BZ”. The IPO prices of Boss Zhipin was 19 USD/ADS. In this IPO, Boss Zhipin has issued 48 million ADS in total. IPO underwriters have an overallotment option of about 7.2 million ADS.

In 2016, Gaorong Capital led the Series C round investment of Boss Zhipin and has participated in all rounds of financing.
Since its founding, Boss Zhipin has committed to settling the problem that both small and medium-sized enterprises and a majority of job seekers fail to enjoy proper job recruitment services. It has improved the efficiency for employers and job seekers by creating a new recruitment model of Zhipin (direct recruitment). Based on intelligent matching, this model is mainly applied in mobile, allowing job seekers to contact enterprse users directly.
The average number of MAU of Boss Zhipin had 13 million authenticated enterprise users, and served 6.3 million authenticated enterprises, 82.6% of which are small and medium-sized enterprises.
Boss Zhipin believes that technical capability is the core of a platform. The updradation of the intelligent matching system provides more accurate matching results. The screening and monitoring system will continuously inspect and verify the authenticity of the postions offered by the enterprises.
Boss Zhipin said in the prospectus that the fundraising will be used to increase investment in infrastructures and research of technologies related to job-seeking and recruitment, so as to improve the technical capabilities such as artificial intelligence and other related recruitment services. Besides, it will increase investment in new products and services to cover users in different regions and of different types.
