June 26th, Saint Bella ([02508.HK](https://02508.hk/)) was listed on the Hong
Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first stock in the Hong Kong stock market
focused on "global family quality care" and officially embarking on a new
journey. Gaorong Ventures participated in the company's first round of
market-oriented financing in early 2018 and continued to increase its
investment in subsequent rounds.

Since its establishment, Saint Bella has entered the field of post-natal care and recovery in first-tier cities, building a user trust system through high-quality services. After gaining a firm foothold, Saint Bella, with "Xiaobeila" and "Aiyu" as pioneers, has continued to expand its efforts nationwide, enhanced brand influence, explored international markets, and gradually grown into a leading enterprise in the industry.
In terms of revenue generated in 2024, Saint Bella has become the post-natal care and recovery group with the largest market share in China, and also the largest and most international post-natal care and recovery group in Asia. Currently, Saint Bella owns an extensive network of 96 post-natal care centers under the brands of Saint Bella, Bella Isla and Xiaobeila, including 62 owned centers and 34 managed centers.
To meet the increasingly diversified needs of customers and create multiple growth drivers, Saint Bella's services and products have so far covered multiple fields such as post-natal care, post-natal recovery, family care and health food, forming a comprehensive and multi-level closed loop of family health care.
As the first domestic post-natal care center to expand overseas, Saint Bella has made steady progress on its internationalization path.
